A HUGE plus for me as I wanted a fast computer but really needed it to last on a battery for hours at a time. I forgot to mention I can get the battery to last 7+ hours just by tweaking some settings in power manager. I would gladly buy another or recommend it to a friend. Overall a very good buy at a decent price. It can be turned off through the mobility center or settings. There is also a light above the touchpad that turns on when the touchpad is off. The touchpad also features multi-gestures!!! You an configure different gestures using the builtin utility. The computer feels solid and the keyboard is nice to type on.
